“Well I guess that they simply know who adds the most value to this farm,” Blue smirked out the window at the long haired calico and sauntered back to the bed the ear-scratchers had made for her in the corner.
“They just know you are too stupid to stay off the black-flat-death and don’t want to have to raise an orphaned kitten!” spat out Miss Kitty.
“Do maintain your dignity,” Calicoie said with distain. She turned her head around and began to groom her sides.

“She’s been here longer than you kitten,” Cuddles offered from where she was sprawled out on the rocks nearby enjoying the spring sun.
